California housing bond
glossily positive opinion article on Prop 46, a Housing bond from 2002... coming up this fall is a vote on "Prop 1c" which aims to fund a similar set of programs.
The pro-Prop 1c campaign's main website, homes4ca.org feels information-poor: it's all spread out, the news articles aren't clearly quoted, the stories are cheesy, and it links a pdf flyer on the front page. I guess some of that is to be expected from a campaign website, though.
