gis-gis-gis. community mapping, I mean.

I've sent three GIS links to my supervisor now, so I think I might be able to generate enough material to maintain a blog, of sorts, of CRATE-related stuff. most recently, a link from ethan zuckerman's post on ten democracy projects in seventy minutes (which reminds me of being at the ctcvista pso). by "generate," I actually mean "find."
